Through seminars, webinars, and private consultation, Rev. Lampe and the national team of seminar leaders and consultants provide capable, adaptable, and scalable guidance for your care ministry.
The Caring Congregation is offering churches, districts and conferences different options to receive the specialized training required to take your care ministries to a new level. We believe that care is the heart of the church and that Jesus has called us to do healing ministries. Our goal is to help you receive training for pastors and laity that will help you create an excellent care ministry in your church and community. To that end, we have developed three different options for training. We welcome you to email Karen Lampe or another team member to discuss any of these options.
OPTION 1: WEBINARS
OPTION 2: CARING CONGREGATION ACADEMY ONLINE COURSES @ TEACHABLE.COM
OPTION 3: IN PERSON SEMINAR
This option involves a one or two-day seminar whereby a host church, district or conference invites one of our seminar leaders to provide an on site, in-person conference. These are the "in-person" equivalent of the Customized Basic CCM Training Webinars mentioned in Option 1 above. Most seminars are held on Friday and Saturday to allow for greatest participation. The host church also receives additional consultation for up to one year after the seminar. Contact us for availability and pricing. Email info@thecaringcongregation.com to set up your In-Person Seminar.
Consultation is available for any church or individual regarding the CCM method of care. Private consultation might include organizational strategies, communal disasters or focused care issues. Appointments are scheduled for hourly sessions. Contact one of our team members to learn more and set up a mutually agreeable time.
Rev. Karen Lampe is available to preach at your local church. Her specialty in pastoral care makes her highly adept at sermons on forgiveness, hope, relationships, death and grief. View her sermon on the “Woman at the Well.”
We have pastors on our national team who are also available to officiate at weddings and funerals. They help families navigate the joys as well as the challenges of these sacred events.
In private counseling, our national pastoral team provides counsel to pastors, individuals and families. They can offer spiritual guidance regarding forgiveness, relationships, sexual identity, and grief.
