Through speaking engagements, conferences, and private consultation, Rev. Lampe and the national team of seminar leaders and consultants provide capable, adaptable, and scalable guidance.
The Caring Congregation is offering churches, districts and conferences different options to receive the specialized training to take your care ministries to a new level. We believe that care is the heart of the church and that Jesus has called us to do healing ministries. Our goal is to help you receive training for pastors and laity that will help you create an excellent care ministry in your church and community. To that end, we have developed three different options for training. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, TCC is expanding its reach to offer safe non-contact training on the care model to anyone able to access the internet. We welcome you to email Karen Lampe or another team member to discuss any of these options.
OPTION 1: SCHEDULED WEBINARS
The Caring Congregation will offer two yearly webinars so that any church or individual can participate in a four-week online training. The trainings will be scheduled for Fall and Spring each year. A special COVID-19 rate will be available to participants in Fall 2020 webinar sessions. The online seminar offers detailed training for the laity and pastors regarding how to do caring ministry as well as thorough training of how to organize and launch the ministry. Also encouraged and available would be individual consultation by any one of our teachers to help you organize or carry out any type of care ministry.
OPTION 2: SEMINAR RENTAL
This option allows a church, district or conference to have access to the full video seminar for a one time training for their church or group of churches facilitated together. Part of this package also offers four Zoom consultation meetings (with the host church or district) with any one of our seminar leaders that can include laity for Q&A. These meetings would be set up at a time that would best work for the participants and consultant.
Please inquire for price.
OPTION 3: IN PERSON SEMINAR
This option involves a two-day seminar whereby a host church, district or conference invites any of our seminar leaders to provide an on site, in-person conference. Most seminars are held on Friday and Saturday to allow for greatest participation. The host church also receives additional consultation for three months after the seminar. Contact us for availability and pricing.
We find that the in-person seminar is most effective, yet during these COVID-19 times we realize that this option may not be possible.
Consultation is available for any church or individual regarding the CCM method of care. Private consultation might include organizational strategies, communal disasters or focused care issues. Appointments are scheduled for hourly sessions. Contact one of our team members to learn more and set up a mutually agreeable time.
